Alexia Ashton

I'm an up and coming front-end developer that has been based in Miami, Los Angeles, and Vevey in Switzerland.

After over a decade as a hair stylist, I started learning basic web development inspired by my time working at a beauty startup in Los Angeles.

I attended Le Wagon Full Stack Web Development 9 week bootcamp in the beginning of 2021 to expand on my web development skills.

Since my time at Le Wagon, I have been building on projects using Javascript, and working on building my competencies with React. I also casually read on design concepts and am interested in learning more on animation using JS and CSS to create more interactive web designs.

In my free time, I love spending time outdoors. I am a climbing nerd, and love a good hike. I am passionate about traveling and seeing natural spaces in new places.
